At Itiha, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original state will not be accepted.

  • Color variations are not considered valid reasons for return, as colors are captured in natural daylight without edits. Differences in screen resolutions may cause slight discrepancies.

  • Sarees that have undergone fall and hemming are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products purchased during discount or sale events are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Terms

  • We offer exchanges only, not refunds.

  • The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original product.

  • The original item must be returned and reviewed before the exchange is processed.

Reporting Issues

  • All items are carefully checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case of a mistake or defect due to human error, we are happy to provide a replacement.
