At Itiha, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged, kindly share a video recording of the package being opened on our WhatsApp (79025 09999) within 24 hours of delivery for the return procedure. The decision to accept returns rests solely with Itiha. and our decision will be final and binding.
- Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details standtrue.
- If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original state will not be accepted.
- Color variations are not considered valid reasons for return, as colors are captured in natural daylight without edits. Differences in screen resolutions may cause slight discrepancies.
- Sarees that have undergone fall and hemming are not eligible for return or exchange.
- ALL SALE/DISCOUNT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Here are the list of issues not considered defects :
- The small knots or bumps in threads you often see occur when broken threads are pieced together. This is not considered a defect.
- The uneven threads connecting the border to the body are not considered defects.
- Slubs – residual threads bundled together in tiny knots.
- Minute gaps in and around motifs.
- Dye ‘bleeding’ onto the pallu from the body – this is common in powerloom sarees.
- Loose threads in Bandhani sarees used for the tying and dyeing.
- Color mismatch – colors are subjective, we understand. We try to best capture the most truest colors of the saree. Despite that, due to individual device settings, the colors may appear different on different devices. Hence, it is advisable you check with our team if you are doubtful regarding the color of a product.
Exchange Terms
- We offer exchanges only, not refunds.
- The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original product.
- The original item must be returned and reviewed before the exchange is processed.
Reporting Issues
- All items are carefully checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case of a mistake or defect due to human error, we are happy to provide a replacement.
- To qualify for a replacement, you must share an unboxing video as proof. Send the video via:

- Returns that do not meet our criteria will be declined and returned to the sender.
- The decision to accept or reject a return lies solely with Itiha.
- This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our official website.
- We kindly request you to review your order details such as the items and delivery information carefully before checkout, as cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.
